Starting her formal working life with an apprenticeship in Horticulture, Nicole then returned to her family property (which grows and packs fresh market potatoes) and soon undertook training in Quality Assurance. Her appreciation of good processes and meticulous attention to detail were then applied to implementing and maintaining the farms quality management qualification (ISO 9002).

Prior to joining us in mid-2011, Nicole worked for Mike Gibson & Associates for four years where she gained valuable experience within an accounting firm and built great relationships with many clients.

At Synectic, Nicole combines these skills with her helpful and professional approach to providing administrative support and client services to aid the smooth running of our firm.

After multi-tasking at the office, Nicole enjoys cooking, camping and gardening with her husband and three children and can be found with her nose in a book at any chance she gets.
