Jono studied and worked as a Medical Scientist for 12 years. In 2003 he chose a career change to join us as an Accountant, and now manages our Self Managed Super Fund division, Synectic Super.
In 2005, Jono completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting). With a remarkable drive for personal development, he then moved into financial planning in 2007, finishing his Diploma of Financial Planning at the end of that year and going on to complete his Advanced Diploma.
He has recently achieved his Professional Certificate in Self Managed Superannuation Funds andhas become a SPAA Specialist Advisor - making him one of only 4 professionals in Tasmania holding this qualification from the leading Australian SMSF professional association!
Jono has travelled overseas (UK, Europe & Africa) and worked in London. He also joined Toastmasters Club to improve his public speaking, communication and leadership skills. An avid golf player and AFL supporter, Jono and his wife have also welcomed their first son, Xavier, into their active family.
